Clovis Miller wrote a sympathy message

“My deepest condolences go out to the entire family of Bill. I worked with him for many years in Van Buren and Fort Smith,; and in fact have known him since I was a boy, when he worked with my dad. That was the first time I met him. I remember how outgoing he was, and always a lot of fun to talk with. I know he will be missed by everyone who knew him. He has now moved on to a grander place to live! God Bless all of you. Clovis Miller, jr.”
