She was predeceased by : her parents, Lewis Monroe and Hazel Monroe; her husband Albert Antone Vierthaler; her son Shelby David Vierthaler; her stepfather Jim Monroe; and her siblings, Delphia Schauf, Howard Monroe, Jimmy Monroe, Earl Monroe and Jerry Monroe.
She is survived by : her children, Shawn Vierthaler (Susan) of Wichita, Kansas, Shannon Vierthaler (Stephanie Edelman) of Wichita, Kansas and Sharon Kendall (Jackie) of Booneville, Arkansas; her siblings, Mike Monroe (Penny) of Salina, Kansas and Carol Clark (Vernon) of Dodge City, Kansas; her grandchildren, Lindsey Vierthaler-Johnson, Christian Vierthaler, Eli Sorey and Abraham Vierthaler; and her great grandchildren, Finnegan Vierthaler-Doumit and Ignatius Vierthaler-Doumit. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
