He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Lucy Sims Cook; his siblings, Bill Cook and Barbara Starks; and his stepdaughter Alicia Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cook; his children, Shelly Cook and Tony Cook; his granddaughters, Eden Cook and Hillary Bogus; his great grandchildren, Eloise Bogus, Evelyn Bogus and Ezra Bogus; his stepsons, Jeff Loveless and Chris Wilson (Cassey); and his stepson-in-law Kenny Taylor. He is also survived by eleven step-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Proctor Funeral Home (442 Jefferson St SW, Camden, AR 71701). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (759 Maul Rd, Camden, AR 71701).
