It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Johnson of Paris, Arkansas, who passed away on July 28, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Johnson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, D. M. Johnson and Elsie Johnson (Sampley); his siblings, Lyndal Johnson, Hoss Johnson, Jimmy Johnson, Johnny Johnson and Melvina Johnson; his half-sister Lucille Reynolds; and his grandchildren, Marissa and Alissa Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Johnson (Fox); his sons, Adam Johnson (Heather) of Paris and Daniel Johnson (Melissa) of Subiaco; his siblings, Doris Smart (Rex) of Perryville and Richard Johnson of Perryville; his grandchildren, Richie Johnson (Brittany), Kailee Stinnett (Preston), Morgan Johnson, Trevor Johnson (Shadow) and Karissa Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Charlie Johnson and Ryder Stinnett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church (701 N 5th St, Paris, AR 72855). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
