He was predeceased by: his parents, Jefferson Davis Fredrick and Beulah Fredrick (Thomas); his siblings, Davis "Ossie" Fredrick, Mandy Nelms, Margie Sue Wright and Daisy Moore; his half-brother J. D. Fredrick; and his nephew James Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Fredrick (Wilks); his children, Tammy Fredrick of Waveland and David Fredrick (Kathy) of Waveland; his brother James Harper (Phyliss) of Waveland; his grandchildren, Morgan Fincher (Mark) of Waveland, Robin DuVall (Sam) of Havana and Gina Jackson of Morrilton; his great grandchildren, Marc Henson, Linz of Havana, Lariyah Swayzer and King Swayzer of Morrilton; and his great great grandchild Bryan Henson of Havana. He is also survived by several other family members and friends.
