He was predeceased by: his parents, Artis Carter and Lacine Carter (Lee). He is survived by: his cousin Kyle Carter (Judy) of Subiaco; and his aunts, Brenda Watson of Ozark, Rose Kerr of Little Rock and Catherine Bridwell of Prescott, Arizona. He is also survived by many other cousins, family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Roller Funeral Home - Paris (1700 E Walnut St, Paris, AR 72855). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
