He was predeceased by: his mothers, Muriel Hice and Mildred Hice (Milligan); his siblings, Ila Faye Phillips and Johnny Ray Hice; and his sons-in-law, Brad Goff and Paul Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Jerry Ann (Green) of Paris; his daughters, Lesa Criswell (J. R.) of Mt. Ida, Debbie Toon (Ricky) of Lavaca, Laura Jones of Fort Smith and Kathie Goff of Booneville; and his sisters, Patsy Nichols of Ratcliff and Mary Smith of Fort Smith. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
