He is survived by: his wife Debbie Jackson of Paris; his daughter Colleen Efurd (Terry) of Fort Smith; his stepsons, Russell Dye (Ginger) of Van Buren and Jason Gillette of Fort Smith; and his siblings, Dana Crabtree (Junior) of Canadian, Oklahoma and Darrell Opine of Texas. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
