He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack J. Ballard and Annie Maude Ballard (Bonner); his grandson Darryl Miller; and his sisters, Linda Mulson and Diana Pool.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ballard (Perry); his children, Jerry Miller of Altus, Roland Miller (Erin) of Booneville and Denise Evans (Ed) of Cecil; and his friend Kyle Studer (Hollie) of Ratcliff. He is also survived by grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel (2200 E Walnut St, Paris, AR 72855).
