She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Wiley Cummins. She is survived by: her children, Brian D. Cummins (Sharon) of Greenbrier, Rick L. Cummins of Texarkana, Dawona L. Farnam (Robert) of Ozark and Chris D. Cummins of Tahlequah; her grandchildren, Megan Barham, Cassie Farnam and Haley Campbell; and her siblings, Shirley McAtee of Benton, Karon McAlister (Billy Mac) of Benton, Brenda Horton (Bill) of Story and Doyle Hester of Bauxite. She is also survived by grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
