He was predeceased by: his father James Earl Hendrix. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Hendrix (Ferron); his daughter Alisha Hendrix of Salina, Kansas; his mother Cindy Thompson; his stepfather Mike Thompson of Paris; and his brother James Hendrix.
He was a land agent for many years in the oil and gas industry, enjoyed going to car shows, and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police Disaster Relief Foundation.
