He is survived by: his daughter Alexis Mamer (Spencer) of Amboy, Washington; his brothers, Raymond Alan Powell (Tonya) of Paris and Zebadiah Powell of New Blaine; his grandchildren, Whitney Mamer and Juniper Mamer; and his nieces and nephews, Evan Powell, Dustin Powell and Kennedy Powell. He is also survived by his family, many friends and an entire.
