He was predeceased by : his parents, Woodrow Watson and Lovenner Watson (Bright); his siblings, Edwin Watson, Onzalee Webb and Billie Cochran; and his great grandchild Vallan Buchanan.
He is survived by : his wife Rita; his children, Tommie Lynn Watson, Michael Travis Watson, Tiffanie Slagle (Sidney), LaTasha Kirkwood (Matthew) and Norman McBride; and his siblings, Nellie Redford and Lynese Anderson. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 8th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Martin Funeral & Cremation Chapel - Waldron, Arkansas. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Martin Funeral & Cremation Chapel - Waldron.
