It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vickie Mae Spicer (Paris, Arkansas), who passed away on March 20, 2026, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Vickie is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, O. J. Spicer and Eula Mae Spicer (Council); her sister Betty Riley; her siblings-in-law, Steve Fowler and Thelma Jean Spicer; and her nephew Jared Fowler.

She is survived by: her siblings, Janet Fowler of Lavaca and Jim Spicer of Paris; her nieces, Kerri of Greenwood, Lora Cloyde (Tyler) of Greenwood, Stephanie Ceniceros (Steve) of Prairie Grove and Tara Ezell (Eric) of Dardanelle; and her nephew Derek Spicer (Michele) of Siloam Springs.
