She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Terrell and Billie Dee Rushing Pendergrass; and her brothers, Jerry, Jimmy, Johnny and Jackie Terrell.
She is survived by: her husband Willard Keith Forrest of Parkdale; her daughters, Kim Barnett (Chris) of Crossett and Whitney Forrest of Parkdale; her stepsons, Derek Browning (Holli) of Beebe, AR and Stephen Forrest (Lindsey) of Crossett; her brothers, Joey of Crossett and Dennis Terrell of Crossett; her grandchildren, Blake Knight, Bryson Green, Justin Browning, Bailey Browning Tripp, Braden, Brock and Chloe Forrest; and her great grandchildren, Trinity Mondragon, Branna Ortiz and Jamison Knight.
