He was predeceased by: his father John Leonard Rutledge Jr.; and his brothers, Herman Rutledge and Kenneth Underwood. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Rutledge (Debbie) of Velvet Ridge, Paul Underwood (Betty) of Searcy and Ressa (Mark); and his friend Grays Apostolic Church. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives.
