Cook of Payneway, AR, Tammy Markin of Harrisburg, AR, Jimmy Cook of Payneway, AR and Carl Matthew Cook of Payneway, AR; her sister Peggy Crawford of Wardell, MO; her grandchildren, Fred A. Cole, Candice Kern, Benjamin Cole of Kansas, Jerry Markin, Kimberly Gibson, Brandy Cook, Brittany Cook and Gavin Cook of Arkansas; her great grandchildren, Kylle Cole, Kimberlee Cole, Riley Kern of Kansas, Aiden and Jada Markin of Arkansas; and her great great grandchild Zane Michael Cole of Kansas.
