He is survived by: his mother Barbara Decker; his children, Vernon Leach (Charity), Jerid "Bear" Leach (Lindsay) and Angela Leach (Edwin); and his siblings, Mike Leach, Belinda Decker, Sterlon Decker, Rex Eugene Decker, Jeremy Decker, Kay Hufford, Zinda Spangler, Mark Decker, Lance Decker and Beverly Jo Leach. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
