He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman "Dick" Alexander Keene and Mary Emaline Leach Keene; and his siblings, Fern Poe, Nell De'Angelo, Emma Nickel, Pat Farris, Bob Edwards, Reese Edward and Norman Keene.

He is survived by: his wife Bettie Marie Keene (Roland); his children, Hubert Keene (Christina "Punky") of Pea Ridge, Harvey Keene (Lori) of Pineville and Kimberly Nicole Keene of Pineville; his sister Mary Lou Ford of Caverna, Missouri; his grandchildren, Wade (Heather), Brittney (Moizes), Elauna, Jayden, Kaydence, Harley, Kaytlin, Amanda, Mechelle and Caitlynn; and his great grandchildren, Magnolia, Zavia and Oaklie.
