He was predeceased by: his father Glen Luna of Oklahoma. He is survived by: his wife Shawnda Luna of Arkansas; his son Cody Kopejtka (Becky Young); his grandsons, Neal and Rayden; his daughter Kasey Kopejtka (Mardel Hensley); his grandchildren, Ava and Rowan; his daughter Cameron Kopejtka; his grandchildren, Nova and Orion of Arkansas; his mother Kay Luna; and his siblings, Glen (Rose Luna), Curtis (Vickie Luna) and Sharia Bernard.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to your local animal rescue or cancer research, both are organizations that John felt strongly about.
