He was predeceased by: his parents, John Keith and Dorothy Hallett Liston; his wife Dodie Liston; and his siblings, Myrna Crouse, Lillian "Tammie" Sheehan, Henry, Harold and John Liston.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Laird and Kenny Scism; his siblings, Edwin Liston and Elnora Reynolds; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Scism, Emily Prince, Kimberly Rogers, Tiffany Lewis, Zachary Rogers and Morgan Laird. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
