She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest "Pete" Lynne Turner and Evalee Reynolds Turner. She is survived by: her children, Scott Turner of Pea Ridge, Shane Downing (Susan) of Broken Arrow and Kenissa Brandenburg (Verlon) of Wagner; and her stepsons, Ken Downing, Jr. (Denise) of Ochelhea and Jim Downing of Frederick, Maryland. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, foster children and extended family.
