She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Clinton Cotton and Hattie Mae McCombs Cotton; her son-in-law Darrell David; and her siblings, Ted Cotton, George Cotton, Charlie J. Cotton, Hazel Bean, Barbara Roberts and Gracie Pace.
She is survived by: her husband Alva Lee; her children, Larry Johnson of Pea Ridge, Janet David of Pea Ridge and Michelle Nesbitt (Daniel) of Pea Ridge; her sister Jessie Starnes of Rogers; and her grandchildren, Robbie, Michael, Lisa, Hailey and Dalton. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
