He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Raymond Poston and Thelma Elvessa Morrison Poston; his wife Vyrel Poston; and his stepson Gregory Bishop. He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann Gerischer of Crown Point, James Ray Poston of Hillard and Jane Poston of Las Vegas, Nevada; his stepchildren, Cynthia Hare of Bay City, Wilma Rodgers of Oxnard, Glen Bishop of Shreveport and Sue McCory of Yucca Valley, California; his brother Thomas Poston of Mason, Ohio; and his goddaughter Marsha Myers. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
