He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Evans and Reba Merlene Dorris Evans. He is survived by: his wife Susan Evans; his children, Desiree Maike, Shaneal Evans and Casey Evans; and his siblings, Raymond Evans, Donald Evans, Kenny Evans, Sarah Everett and Mary of Maine. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
