He is survived by: his wife Delores Webb; his daughter Kathleen Kelly of Pea Ridge; his brother Donald Webb of Spokane, WA.; his grandchildren, Jack Kelley, Frank Kelly, Robert Webb, Kathleen Gellert and Anthony Webb; his sibling's children, Shawn, Paula Mayo and Deborah Evans; and his close friends, Bob Jaynes and Tony Humphrey.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sisco Funeral Home (1312 N Curtis Ave, Pea Ridge, AR 72751). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Messiah Lutheran Church (15315 AR-94, Pea Ridge, AR 72751).
