He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Gene Spivey. He is survived by: his mother Janet Lynn Sisco Spivey of Pea Ridge; his children, Gavin Spivey (Lexi Geissert) of Springdale, Garrett Spivey and Lila Spivey; his siblings, Jeff Spivey (Nancy) of Pea Ridge, Alan Spivey of Pea Ridge and Beth Dorsey (Trevor) of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; the mother of his children Jennifer Spivey; and his nieces and nephews, Chase Duncan, Jadyn Spivey, Brady Spivey, Reed Spivey, Tayton Dorsey, Mason Dorsey and Bryson Dorsey.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ridge Church (836 N Curtis Ave, Pea Ridge, AR 72751). A graveside service was held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Pea Ridge Cemetery (1400 Weston St, Pea Ridge, AR 72751).
