He is survived by: his fiancée Bella; and his siblings, Nancy Merkey (Gary) of Centerton, Mary Johnston (Tom) of Burnside, Dennis Hickman of Trophy Club and Daniel Hickman (Mackenzie) of Rogers, Arkansas. He is also survived by numerous nieces nephews, extended family members, and many friends and coworkers.
