He is survived by: his mother Linda Chase; his wife Angela Chase; his sons, Jesse Chase and Jake Chase; his stepchildren, Dustin Pounds, Casey Yarburough, Corey Merritt and Jessica Merrit; and his sister Leah Upchurch.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Caruth-Hale Life Celebration Center (2529 Airport Rd, Hot Springs National Park, AR 71913). A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
