She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry and Alice Elizabeth Weems Long; her husband Albert Kelby; her son Charles; her daughter-in-law Helen Westerman; her daughter Odetta Sturdefant; and her grandsons, Billy Wayne Westerman and Richard Ward.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra Habel; and her son-in-law Jerry Sturdefant. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and numerous great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Tarlton Cemetery.
