In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Frances Cassandra had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Frances Cassandra may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Reeder and Louise Reeder; her husband Randy Noland; and her brother Carl Reeder. She is survived by: her sons, Jonathan Noland (Samantha), Josh Noland (Christie) and Jeremy Noland; her stepdaughter Angela Hoofman (Jason); and her sisters, Trish Berry (Brian) and Connie Norman (John). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Thornburg Baptist Church (31 Church Rd, Perryville, AR 72126). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
