He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jefferson Rutledge and Glenda Faye Adams Rutledge; and his brother Phillip Rutledge. He is survived by: his brothers, Willam Rutledge (Brenda) of Perrin, Charlie Rutledge (Karen) of Amarillo and Michael Rutledge (Dana) of Paragould. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roller-Citizens Funeral Home (621 W Chestnut St, Marianna, AR 72360). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Marianna Memorial Park.
