Qualls and James Louis Qualls; and his brothers-in-law, Roger Ricks and Roger Williamson.
He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Haley of Piggott; his granddaughter Michelle Copelin (Jim) of Jonesboro; his great grandchildren, Brendan Copelin and Harry Copelin of Jonesboro; his siblings, Helen Ruth Ricks, Ilsa Faye Rhynes (Arlon), JoAnn Shelton (Doyne), Robert Eugene Qualls (Karen) and Eva Nell Williams (Ricky); and his sister-in-law Loraine Qualls. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
