He is survived by: his wife Patsy Evelyn Ramick Worthen; his children, Anthony Ramick Worthen, Dean Allan Worthen (Darlene) and Sherri Lynn Todd (Bill); his grandchildren, Allan Worthen, Andrea Wood (Brandon) and Drew Worthen (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Andrew Wood and Peyton Wood; and his pet Faith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
