He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Allen and Annie B. Clay Allen; his sibling Willie Allen; and his wife Willie Mae Allen. He is survived by: his children, Arthur Lee Allen (Denise), Virginia, Isaac Allen (Diane), Shirley Pope (Larry), Lizzie Hill, Levon Allen and Valerie Allen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.
