She was predeceased by: her parents, James Oscar and Theora Wooten Sebourn; her husband William Clifton Bell; her sons, Johnny and Jimmy Bell; and her siblings, Calvin Sebourn, Fredrick Sebourn, Lester Sebourn, Oscar Sebourn, Virgil Sebourn, Marie Dworkin, Kathleen Jones, Virginia Sebourn and Audrea Sebourn.
She is survived by: her children, David W. Bell, Carolyn S. Maddox (Kenneth), Sarah E. Morrison and Donna R. Orton; and her sister Audette Hedges. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
