He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. James Ingram and Rosie Lee Edmonson-Ingram; and his siblings, Earnest Ingram, Virlee Ingram, James Ingram, Moses Ingram, John Ingram, Rosetta Lambert and Frances Christopher.

He is survived by: his son Arthur Jr. (Keisha); his grandchildren, Kaeden, Kaiya Ingram and Baileigh Sparks; and his siblings, Mary Stocker of Pine Bluff, Martha Wallace of Pine Bluff, Samella Flowers of Pine Bluff, Elnora Ingram-Williams of Pine Bluff, Joseph Ingram (Lois) of Chicago, Thomas of Pine Bluff and Fred Ingram of Pine Bluff.
