He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Sr. Malone and Erah Jean Malone (Gentry); his wife Shirley Malone; his brothers, Edmund and Carl Vester Malone; his grandchildren, Brian, Jr. and Amarii Malone; his sisters, Ionia Singleton and Lillie Mae Henderson; and his godmother Rosetta Boyd.
He is survived by: his children, Rodney LaGrone of Pine Bluff, Edward Malone of Pine Bluff, Brian Malone (Emiko) of Pine Bluff, Marcus Malone (Nakia) of Dallas, Christopher Malone (Arnicka) of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and Lasaundra Malone of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; and his siblings, Mattie Luckett (Leon) of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Florestine Reese of Jackson, Shirley Boyd of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Catherine Hudson of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Evelyn Womack of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and Garfield Boyd (Evelyn) of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
