It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jo Nix of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away on January 6, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her adoptive parent Christian Martinez; her husband Gerald Nix; her parents, Barney Eddy and Gladys Eddy; her brother Donald Eddy of Stamps; and her granddaughter Candace Nix McDaniel of Pine Bluff.
She is survived by : her sons, Tim (Sallie) of Hope, AR, Alan (Drena) of Buckner, AR and Jeff (Angie) of Star City, AR; her grandchildren, Connie Wreyford (Todd) of Grapevine, AR and TJ Wreyford (Hayley); her great grandchildren, Jack and Whitley; her grandchildren, Dr. Kasey Nix (Samantha) and Susanna Nix; her great grandchild Atticus; her grandchildren, Madeline Nix, Brittnee Hearnsberger (Zac), Bowen, August, Riggin and Korban; her sister Carolyn; and also, Ruby Martinez, Jesse, Gabriel and Alan.
