She was predeceased by: her parents, George Day and Ethel Odell Rogers Day; her husband Daniel Joseph Petrus; her brother Charles Day; and her son-in-law David Jackson.
She is survived by: her children, David Petrus (Donna), Cathy Rushing (Gary), Maria Jackson and Dannette Petrus; her grandchildren, Jaret Rushing (Traci), Travis Rushing (Nikki), Haley Soo (Tyler), Hunter Petrus (Laura) and Danny Jackson; and her great grandchildren, John Mason Rushing, Madelynne Rushing, Jayden Rushing, Abby Rushing, Jaycie Rushing, Jackson Soo and Nathan Soo.
