She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ray and Lillian Ray; her husband Robert Charles Turner; her sons, Richard Paul Turner and Mark Edwin Turner; and her sister Thelma Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Charles "Chuck" Ray Turner and Terri LeAnn Cicero (Gary). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ralph Robinson & Son Funeral Directors (807 S Cherry St, Pine Bluff, AR 71601). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
