He was predeceased by: his parents, James Code Biggs and Minnie Lee Green Biggs; his wife Judith Ann Pitts Biggs; and his siblings, CJ Biggs, Carl Lee Biggs and Kenny Biggs.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammie of Pine Bluff and Jennifer Biggs of Pine Bluff; his grandsons, Christopher Godfrey and Jason Wells; his great grandchildren, Addie Godfrey, James Godfrey, Lani Wells and Kholson Wells; and his siblings, Helen Robinson and Pat Merrit.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son (807 S Cherry St, Pine Bluff, AR 71601). A memorial service was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
