It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Franklin Kimbrell of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away on July 16, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Billy Franklin may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis James Kimbrell and Mattie Irene Reaves Kimbrell; his wife Marilyn Frances Lindsay Kimbrell; his brothers, James and Woody; and his son-in-law Chris Denton.
He is survived by: his children, Billy James Kimbrell (Debbie) of Lamar, AR and Phyllis Kimbrell Denton of Pine Bluff, AR; and his niece Cathy White (Holly Rogers Ellis) of Gladewater, TX. He is also survived by four grandchildren; 19 bonus great-grandchildren.
