It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Ray Walters Sr. of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, born in Lincoln, Arkansas, who passed away on February 21, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Lee Walters and Dorothy Brooks Walters. He is survived by: his wife Sue Walters of Pine Bluff; his children, Billy Walters, Jr. (Shelbi), Sherry Patterson (Jeff) of Watson and Jackie Irons of Watson; and his siblings, Leon Walters of Selma, Jerry Walters of San Antonio, Shirley Barton of Pine Bluff and Doris Tisdale of Pine Bluff. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Memorials may be made in memory of Billy to the Jodie Partridge Center in Dumas, Arkansas.
