He is survived by: his wife Angela McBride; his children, Carl Ellis McBride Jr. (Jasmine) of Pine Bluff and Channing Chatman (Christopher) of Nebraska; his siblings, Ezekiel McBride, Annette Nelson of Pine Bluff and Charlotte McBride-Amerine of Pine Bluff; and his grandchildren, Kaytlynn McBride, Kingston McBride, Bella McBride, Canaan McBride of Pine Bluff and Snow Chatman of Nebraska. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
