As Carol Ann departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Carol Ann may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Carol Ann leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her parents, R. Bunyan Bell and Hazel Louise Walker Bell. She is survived by: her husband George Emil Brown; her children, Robert E. Brown (Kim Pruett) of Little Rock and Laura Elizabeth Brown Hayes (Steve Crook) of Pine Bluff; her brother Robert A. Bell, MD of Russellville; and her granddaughter Sydney Elizabeth Hayes of Pine Bluff.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Central Presbyterian Church - Pine Bluff (6300 Trinity Dr, Pine Bluff, AR 71603). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
