She is survived by: her children, Melissa, Johnny Smithwick (Tammie), Kenna Howard (David) and Chad Smithwick; her grandchildren, Tammy Cothran (Eric), Haleigh Hightower (Austin), Heather Smithwick, Sarah Oakley (David), Shawn Arnett (Alyssa), Alysha Brown and Chadise Smithwick; her great grandchildren, Tamara Davenport, Tyler Boswell, Nicholas Cothran, Paisley Hightower, Carson Hightower, Gracie Rae Oakley, Colton Oakley, Everleigh Arnett, Kalie Kirkpatrick and Kylie Kirkpatrick; and her great great grandchildren, Bentley Becker and Brenlee Boswell.
