He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clifton Tracy and Sarah Hazel Englehart Tracy. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Chastain Tracy; his children, Mike Tracy (Diane) of Little Rock, Carol Gurley (Tony) of Columbus, Nancy Pearce (Lee) of White Hall and Bill Tracy of Southaven, Mississippi; and his brother Jim Tracy. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
