She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Virgil Leroy Payne and Ella Hunn Howell Payne; her husbands, Robert Burke "Bob" Russell and Jim Stark; her siblings, Andy Payne and Ella Hunn Payne Ford; and her nephew Bubba Ford.
She is survived by: her sister Payne Russell Stark (Pine Bluff); her children, Mary Ellan Russell Goss (John) and Robert "Burke" Russell, Jr.; her grandson William "Russell" Goss; and her sister-in-law Linda Payne Osborne. She is also survived by family members and friends.
