She was predeceased by: her parents, Selmon Robinson and Mary Bynum Robinson; her siblings, Edgar Robinson and Emma L. Monk; her children, Kenneth R. Battles and Connie R. Battles; and her grandsons, Bernard Gardner, Jr. and Quincy K. Packard.
She is survived by: her children, Bernard Gardner (Carol) of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Clifford Jones (Karyn) of Newport, Arkansas, Barbara Mohammed (Waarith) of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Cynthia Battles-Towver of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and Mary Packard (Norman) of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; and her sister Gertrude Mitchell of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren, and 17 great-great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
